RELAXATION SESSIONS

ARE YOU STRESSED...TIRED...CONSTANTLY RUNNING & in need of a little "ME TIME"?

We need to take a time out for ourselves so we have the energy to take care of others.

One of the best parts of my "job" (I use that term loosely, because I love it so much) is that I am able to give the gift of relaxation with FREE 45 minute relaxation sessions.  Groups up to 5 women are welcome.  (Bookings require a minimum of 3). 

It is a great way to get out of the house for a little while and relax while connecting with your girlfriends (leaving the kids, husband and housework at home) without having to spend a lot of money...I would suggest that dessert and coffee on the way home is a great way to end the experience, but that's just a suggestion!! 

WHAT TO EXPECT

When you arrive, you will greeted by soft soothing music, soft lighting, relaxing aromatherapy and candle light. 

Slip a robe on to completely enjoy the session and while you are doing that, I will take you one by one to experience our daily facial products to cleanse your skin and help you moisturize your hands with our herbal exfoliation treatment.  We will finish off with our heated neckwrap to ease the tension in your neck & shoulders.

You can then help yourself to a refreshing glass of lemon water or warm cup of tea before settling down into our relaxation room.

We will then enjoy cucumber eye pads to soothe dry, tired and puffy eyes and a lip exfoliation treatment which will give you soft, slightly plumped lips quickly followed by a detoxifying hot towel facial.

We will finish off our session with our revitalizing foot sauna treatment.

Guidelines:

Please arrive 15 – 20 minutes prior to your appointment.  (If you arrive late, the appointment will be shortened accordingly.)

We ask that cell phones and pagers are turned off.
Wear comfortable clothing (yoga pants and a lightweight top) and bring a clean pair of socks to wear home.

Robes are provided to put over your clothing.
